When I started gym vs Now

Good morning everyone! How are you feeling the Saturday morning my guys? Let me tell you about my routine every morning, because it is important to these ones who go to gym. Gym made my life and routine different and so much better, bacuse in this way I am more disciplined and I have motivation to go and make the best version of my self! If you want to change yourself, dont wait anymore, just go and WORK IN SILENCE ;). First of all, when you start gym, you should get more sleep like 8 to 9 hours, so you could have more energy during the whole day and my advise to you, if you want to get taller or build more gains, just sleep 8 to 9 hours at night, if you sleep less than 7 hours your brain wont work good enough and you wont have enrgy during the day. Lets talk about my routine now. 馃檪

I get up at 8am and first I make some coffee and then sits to chill, when I am done drinking my coffee I do my homework. When I am done with my homework I get ready for school and if I have a practise I take my shoes for volleyball. Before I go to school I go to gym for 2 hours and then I take my bus to school. Is it important what do you eat after gym? And the answer is yes, it is. You should eat food that is rich in proteins and cabrohydrates. And now here might be questions, what is protein and why we should eat it? It is really important to eat proteins after work out so your muscles will build up and stay fit. Food like dairy product – cheese, yogurt ( in Bulgaria we call it “kiselo mlqko” ) and milk, these three products are rich in protein so you should eat them. If you cant eat dairy products or you dont want to, you can eat meat. Meat is also rich in protein, for example chicken, beef and fish ( you should eat once a week some fish ). And there are so many other types of meat and dairy products to eat instead of drinking protein powder. I advise you NOT to drink protein powder, because you dont know what ingredients it has. After gym I eat 400grams of yogurt ( kiselo mlqko ), I eat like 57grams protein only in one yogurt. If you want eat proteins you should eat like 30 grams protein every day after work out.

Some people say that if we go to gym our height wont move and we will be short forever. Hahahah, no. Our body dont work like that guys. When you exercise it doesnt mean you will stay short, even oppositive! When I started gym on 3th of August 2022 my mom measured me to the tall and she said “You are 160cm”. Half year later I said to my mom to measure me again! I stayed there with a straight back and head and she said “you have grow 2 cantimeters”. I was so happy about it because I though I will stay short, but guys believe me! YOU WONT STAY SHORT IF YOU GO TO GYM. I will show you even a picture of my height on August 2022 and on January 2023. My advise is your back to be always straight when you are stting, walking and even running because when your back is straight you will grow up in height and you wont have pains in your back if it is straight up.
